Becoming A Whole Brained MLM Genius

Being an expert in any one endeavor requires you to understand both sides of your endeavor, the scientific and the artistic side.

We’ll take the example of the pianist who after watching Alicia Keys play live, was motivated to learn piano and perform as well. The truth is that becoming an expert requires years of practice and experience. But it all starts with learning the basics or the scientific side of the endeavor.

This means that our pianist will start by learning the different notes on the piano (C,D,E,F,G,A,B) and what fingers to use to play them.

If you’ve ever listened to an amateur play, you know that you have to listen hard to make sense of the song and recognize what they are playing. They are basically trying hard.

As time goes by, the pianist begins to internalize the notes and the rythms associated with playing the instrument. They get to a point where they no longer need to read sheet music and can play an entire song by memory.

When they get to this stage, the pianist begins to make use of their right brain, or the artistic side of it. They begin to play with emotion and unconsiously. Could you imagine what songs would sound like if they had to consciously think of what fingers to use to play the different notes on the piano?

They let their intuition guide them through the song and after years of practice doing this, they’ll begin to add their own touch… their signature. You can easily recognize the difference in beats and rythms from some of the top artists.

This is not the only endeavor where you see this. Every endeavor shares this trait for genius and gurus. Take football as yet another example. The defensive team leader has to memorize the different line formations and plays the opponents are going to play on them. In their mind they analyze the play, but once the play starts, there may be changes on the play and the best players allow their intuition to read the opponent players.

Again, that comes with years of practice and experience.

So how does this apply to the mlm industry?

Well, if you’ve been doing MLM for a while now, you realize that there are many people wanting to join the industry to make money and have a better lifestyle. However, they find themselves cold calling friends, family and avoiding sales pitches from others while they pitch others themselves.

When you get on the phone with a prospect, a number of objections tend to come up and these patterns repeat themselves, much like football plays repeat themselves or how songs use the same chords over and over.

Your job as an MLM genius is to learn these objections and the scientific side of it. Then practice, practice, practice until you get to the point where you no longer have to think of it and know that a person who asks you questions like “what’s this all about?” is just wanting to hear your blessing that this is the opportunity they’ve been looking for.

With practice and experience you’ll be able to answer all these objections unconsiously and grow your mlm business.
