Golden Moor is going international and by the looks of it, the company has yet to reach an audience in the MLM industry. One way that I can tell that this company is a prime company for anyone looking to join a potential ground floor opportunity is the lack of advertising from other heavy hitters online.

If you do a search on Google for Golden Moor, you’ll find no AdWords or any other search engine optmized site targeting this company. This means that if a distributor gets a hold of good training to market their business online early on, they can position themselves high on the search engines and capitalize on the growth of the company.

This leads me to the next question…. what’s the growth potential for a company like Golden Moor?

Well let’s look at the products they promote. The company is selling what they call “spa quality mud bath at home” and they are targeting women who want to relax at home and have healthier skin. One of the appeals is the anti-aging, which to date has be overused by many MLM companies who sell products with antioxidants.

This is a niche market and one must know that the growth of a company like this depends on the business development of the distributors.

The bad thing about a niche market is that getting sales volume is usually not feasible, but the good thing about a niche market like this is the competition is low. This really calls for someone to take advantage of the current lack of competition to gain an unfair advantage over other distributors and gain market share while they can.

People who would benefit from a company like this are established entrepreneurs who already have a client database of beauty supplies such as avon distributors or mary kay distributors. I would target them to sponsor into my down line since they would just be adding another product to their line of products or simply said, another source of income.

The success of distributors on this or any other company is going to depend on their ability to generate mlm leads and sell products. Most network marketers fail because they don’t have the proper marketing or entrepreneurial training in order to do this. It boggles my mind why many don’t take the time to learn the simple marketing principles we teach on this blog and many other forums and social networks. The truth is, it doesn’t matter what industry you are in if you want to succeed you need to know this information. With this type of training you can look at all mlm business opportunities and succeed in any one you choose.

Where most network marketers get stuck is in generating MLM leads for their business. The internet offers a level playing field for any entrepreneur to come in and enter the market through free online traffic generating methods.

Getting traffic is the easy part. It’s as easy as writing articles, making videos and blasting those all over the internet.

However, where most people fail is in capturing leads and building a database of people.

MLM Lead System Pro does most of that for you. They give you the ability to create a landing page with copy written so that it attracts leads and builds you a database.

They also have a great training program on different ways to drive traffic to your different landing pages, including Google AdWords and email marketing.

Generating leads is just part of the equation. The internet is getting more and more competitive and that’s exactly a bad thing, it just means that you need to bring your “A” game and give it your best.

Most network marketers try to sponsor people without building a relationship with them. That’s where email marketing comes into play.

MLSP gives you some emails you can use to get started, although I would recommend to add more and make them more personal and customize them to better fit your personality and your business.

Who should use MLSP?

MLSP is a great service to use if you don’t know how to build a website or write copy to generate leads. These are the two main reasons why one should invest money into the system.

The training you get from the system is worth it, but again, I wouldn’t pay for the service just because I can generate leads through my site as well (if not better) than using their system.

Who should not use this system?

If you are looking to push a button, sit back and make lots and lots of money, then this is the wrong program for you.

The program has the ability to get you from zero to the point where your business is running on autopilot, but there is work involved in building this business.

Other than that, you should look further into this program, and be sure to compare it with Jonathan Budd’s MLM mastermind Program, and Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring.

What I can tell you is that out of all of Mike Dillard’s products, this one is my favorite. If you have not sponsored a single person or you are having trouble talking to people on the phone about your business opportunity, then this product may just be a life saver.

Now I’m not going to sell you on it (that’s the sales letter job), but I want to make sure that if you are buying this product through my affiliate link, you buy for the right reasons.

If you have an abundance of leads and people to talk to, but you can’t seem to sponsor a single person to save your life, then this product was made for you. This product is not going to teach you how to generate leads, so make sure you have that handled before investing in this product.

Who Should Not Buy?

If you think that owning this program is going to turn you into a millionaire in the next few months, you probably shouldn’t buy it. This program is not going to solve all of your problems. It is merely a lead capture page that is much like an engine shut off with no gas. You need to provide the gas by driving traffic to the site. If you don’t drive any traffic to the site, then you’ll have a dead page online.

Driving traffic to the site requires work… and I mean a lot of work. I’d rather spend that effort on building my site.

Like I said, if you don’t know how to build a site and write copy, then by all means, this could be what gives you the head start until you have enough resources to hire experts to build your website and write your sales copy. Then use it as an additional source of income and sell the product as an affiliate.

The only thing I would tell you, and why most people fail to do anything with magnetic sponsoring and mlm in general is because people try to sell too hard and their dishonesty shows. MLM distributors tend to tell people how to make money when they haven’t made any, while many magnetic sponsoring affiliates tend to tell people how to generate network marketing leads when they aren’t generating any.

If you get on my list and you have magnetic sponsoring, there’s no reason why you can’t generate enough leads to grow your mlm business…

I will close with this… most people don’t do anything with this or any other product which is why the failure rate in MLM is in the high 90 percent. My success is not by any means what you should use to gauge how well you will do… the only thing you could do to find out is try magnetic sponsoring for the 12 months they offer as a guarantee and if you don’t see results, then return it…

There are many people who don’t understand lead generation whatsoever and therefore struggle to build their business. Now there is absolutely no shortage of people out there trying to tell you how to grow your MLM business and how to make money online so being skeptical is completely understandable.

You should however use a system like MLSP if you have no idea how to generate leads or build a website. That’s what systems like these do for you. Is this the only one? No, but it is one of the best ones I’ve seen.

What it does for you is create a lead generating website with a bit of personal branding. Now, if you want to brand yourself, you should build your own website and your own funnel. This system, however, is a great place to start if you have no idea how to do either.

You can use this system until you sponsor enough reps and make enough money to build your own system (if you choose to).

Generating leads for you specific business is not rocket science. You must however understand basic marketing principles and I’m going to share with you one of my best lead generators I used for my business.

I wrote an ad that basically said I needed help. Now you can change that ad to say “nutritionist needs help”, or “body trainer needs help”… whatever is related to the product you are selling in your company.

Then go ahead and explain that you are looking for people who want to help you sell products related to that field and that commissions are paid for it. Also state that you are looking for entrepreneurs and not employees. Have them fill out a form online or leave you a voicemail if you advertise online. Then you’ll have a lead.

This is how I built my first network marketing business offline. I have now taken these principles online with the same amount of success.

Now, let’s analyze this a bit and try to understand it. If you are selling a nutritional product high in antioxidants, then you should be looking for people interested in that topic. You need to position yourself as an expert, and if you are not, then you need to become one. You can become an expert in a matter of days or even hours on just about any given subject.

You then attract people who are interested in the topic so the product that you are selling sells itself to them, but also so that your downline can sell products just as easily.

The hardest part after that is finding good places to post your ad which is about 80% of the work in marketing and how to follow up.

I personally like Mike Dillard’s Black Belt Recruiting program for the follow up, but MLM lead system pro does offer some good training.

However, you would think that something so bad like that would be shut down immediately but people have benefited from the program and grown multi million dollar businesses as a result.

Jonnathan Budd is a great example and is walking proof that the principles taught in Magnetic Sponsoring are sound and will help you in the long term.

So what exactly are you buying?

First off, you can watch the free magnetic sponsoring videos to learn basic marketing and sponsoring principles. Mike talks about people trying to sell a steak to a vegetarian. This sound too simple but 80% of people in MLM are doing the exact same thing in the MLM industry… selling to the wrong crowd.

If you already have a website, then reading about this can open your eyes and let you see almost instantly why you are still not successful.

One of the main issues in the MLM industry is the same old teachings being passed down to grow your downline by talking to friends and family. One must understand that this works for the MLM company because they just need one person to enroll a few who will then enroll a few therefore growing the MLM company.

When this happens the sponsors suffer because they never get to grow a large business, yet the company continues to grow. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this model if you take responsibility for yourself  and your own business to go out there and find people to talk to.

See if your commissions add up to $100.00 per person enrolled, then you’ll have to sponsor a thousand people to earn $100,000.00. You probably don’t have 1,000 cousins and reaching that amount of people will require you invest in systems and tools that will assist you to reach that number continuously and even grow it.

Sure, people you sponsor may enroll others, but again only if they take responsibility for themselves… and we know that rarely happens.
