Talking Smack About ACN?… (Michael Jordan Sucks)

I have a couple really good friends who are part of ACN and lately they’ve talked about how much bad rep their company has received because of the news report that fox did on them…

Now here’s the thing. I love most MLM and Network Marketing companies because they offer such a great opportunity for someone to start a business without having to develop a product, and thanks to the internet you don’t even need a brick and mortar business to sell…. where else can you get such an opportunity? The real reason why most people fail at MLM is because they don’t know anything about marketing or getting MLM Leads and they sell people on a dream. Most people are lazy. There’s no such thing as being lazy and being an entrepreneur.

So here’s the advice I gave to my friends over at ACN….

First, you gotta stop worrying about what other people say. Everybody has enemies, and specially when you go into business and you pursue something you really believe in, you’ll meet allies and enemies. Trust me on this, it will happen…. and you want it to happen. The worst place you can be is where people think you’re OK. You want to be in the place where people really, really love you. And with that comes the part where people really, really hate you. Call it envy! Ignorance! or whatever… just know that it will happen.

The next piece of advice I gave to my friends was to go places where people are inquiring about the services and products they provide. There’s no point in wasting time trying to convince someone to buy, when there are so many people wanting to be helped and truly value your services. There are thousands of people who can benefit from MLM whether it’s ACN or other as long as they are willing to learn. By learning, I mean learning about being a business owner, marketing and their products. Most think that just because they think positive they will succeed. Being positive is important, but success comes with action and not wishful thinking.

The next most important thing you can ever do is to get a mentor. There are people who have done what you are trying to do. There are people who started out with nothing and now they are successful. You need to get a hold of someone and stop trying to figure out things on your own. When you join ACN, make sure that you have a good rep who actually knows how to build a business and is willing to share their business plan with you.
