Free MLM Leads – 5 Step Guide To Article Marketing

One of the best sources of traffic I personally use is article marketing. It’s easy, free and very effective.

What I’m about to reveal is my closely guarded tips and tricks to get the most out of article marketing and mistakes to avoid that could cost you hundreds of leads.

Step 1. Head over to www.ezinearticles.com and open up an account. They have a good training program you get via email when you sign up and I highly recommend you take it.

The first thing you should work on is in filling out a quick bio and upload a picture. You don’t need to have a long bio or waste much time trying to come up with a perfect bio. It is important, however, to include your website in your profile because as you can see on the picture above, you’ll have people looking at your profile and clicking on your links. Also, I’m not a hundred percent sure on this, but I believe having a bio increases your chances of getting your articles published which really helps you drive traffic at no extra cost.

Here’s Tip #1… Include a URL that forwards to a squeeze page in your Business URL.

Step 2. Create a resource box. This is your signature line which goes at the end of each article you publish. The goal of writing articles is to get people to click on a link in your signature line.

Tip#2 To get people to click on your signature line you must craft a compelling message that gets prospects to take action. The fastest way to figure out what’s a good compelling message is to set up a Google AdWords campaign targeting keywords which your prospects would type and test different messages. When you find one that gets a good Click Through Rate (Meaning one that people actually click on), take that message and used it as the copy for your resource box.

Step 3. Craft your articles with the goal of getting your prospects through the article down to the resource box. If your article is to boring or it doesn’t fulfill the promise made in the title of the article people will click the back button and never see your resource box. On the same note, if your article is too long then readers may click the back button before they reach the resource box.

Step 4. Get the most traffic by writing compelling titles to your blog. Tip#3 To get more readers always write the benefit first in the title. So if I was to make this an article instead of writing the title as “The 5 Steps To Article Marketing To Generate Free MLM Leads”, A better title would be “Free MLM Leads – 5 Step Guide To Article Marketing”.

Why?

Because the benefit goes first and that’s what’s important to your prospects.

Step 5. Multiply your efforts. Once you see the power of article marketing and how much free traffic it can generate for you, you’ll begin to see a goldmine right in front of you. The best part is that the content is created once and it generates traffic endlessly. Just like ezine articles there are many other directories where you can submit articles and get droves of traffic back to your website. Pair that up with making dozens and dozens of unique articles from one single article and you’ve got enough traffic to jumpstart your business or take it to the next level.
