Generate Free MLM Leads – A Guide To Bookmarking
A growing trend few people know of and even fewer are taking advantage of is social bookmarking.
So what exactly are these little icons you see in blogs like this one or other sites you visit?
Bookmarking is basically you, the user, saving your favorite sites onto a single location so you can go back to them whenever you feel like. It’s much like your “favorites” folder on your browser. You like a site, you save it on your favorites and now you can go back to it without having to remember the site, especially if it has a huge url with weird characters at the end.
The difference?
You get to share your favorite sites with other people. So if you are trying to build an MLM downline then you could literally do nothing but look for good sites that have awesome training for network marketers and bookmark those sites.
You benefit by having a site where you can re-visit your favorite sites on the subject, but also by being able to share this with people.
Here’s what will happen…
Someone goes on to a site like Digg and does a search on MLM training. They then find a good site that they like (which you bookmarked because I taught you this trick!). They go back and click on your profile to see what else you have bookmarked. If they like what you have bookmarked, they will naturally want to know more about you and your business.
These sites allow you to have a bio and a link pointing back to your website. So by bookmarking the sites you are already visiting and helping others get good content they probably won’t find themselves, you start to build relationships with people who are interested in the same topics you are, MLM.

Digg is currently ranked in the top 50 most visited sites. What most people don’t know is that there are literally dozens and even hundreds of sites like Digg which you can use to do this on a massive scale. So if you are going to take the time to bookmark a site on one account, why not bookmark the site using software that allows you to fill in the blanks, push a button and do it for you automatically?

I’m not sure I understand this social bookmarking idea yet. I have a web site I created for my nephew’s well drilling business. Sure, I’d like it to rank higher in searches, but I’m not sure it’s worth signing up for all the social sites. I’ll have to think about it.
