How To Build Your MLM Business Quick With Little Effort
The fastest way to grow your business with little effort is to learn how to sell the product, systematize the way you sell the product and recruit people in your downline to follow your system to sell the product.
Most MLM companies teach you to do almost the exact opposite. Most train you to offer the business opportunity to your friends and family without learning how to sell the product to other people, which in my mind is the reason so many fail.
So let’s break this down…
Learning how to sell the product – I strongly believe that the best medium to build a business is the internet. When you learn about all the tools you have (many of which are free) you will begin to see that the playing field is leveled online. You sources of traffic will be from social networking sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, forums and others. You also have article marketing from sites like ezine articles, hub pages, squidoo and others. You can increase your SEO with bookmarking sites like Digg, reddit, stumble upon and others.
Last, the absolute fastest way to drive traffic to your website is through pay-per-click.
The way you drive traffic from those sites back to your website is simple. Offer your customers what they already want.
Remember, a person who goes to the store to buy a drill doesn’t want a drill; they want to make a hole!
So what are you selling? Nutritional supplements? Well your prospect doesn’t want some power juice, they want to lose weight, or stay young with all those antioxidants.
Offer people the information they crave and most importantly be honest about it.

Systemize your selling process. Once I figured out how to sell the product online by generating traffic from these sites knowing exactly what to offer to people, I created a duplicatable system to hand down to people in my downline. So now, people would write the same type of articles I wrote, tweet about the same things I tweeted, created the same type of videos I created and therefore drove the same type of traffic to their websites.
I hope you start to see it by now that it’s much better to do the leg work first and then everything else is down hill. See once you can sell the product, you don’t depend on the company. You’ll make money regardless of whether you promote the company or not. In fact you’ll make more by not promoting the company you are with.
Now, trying to figure out a way to sell the product online is not that hard, but it can take you a while if you don’t know exactly what steps to follow. It’s like trying to re-invent the lightbulb…

Please advice me as to how to approach a person with the product first before I explain him/her the efficacy of the product.

When you are selling the product you are going to have different types of customers.
You’ll have those who don’t need to hear the efficacy of the product (i.e. they’ve already used it or got the information elsewhere and are now price shopping)and you’ll have those who’ve never heard of the product, but are looking to solve a problem.
You want to go after those who are looking to solve a problem. Let’s say you are selling a Juice with acai berry, resveratrol and other things to help people lose weight.
You don’t have to talk about the product. Instead you should talk about how resveratrol could help them lose weight. It’s not that resveratrol helps you lose weight, but it helps you build muscle and muscle burns fat.
Again, a person looking to buy a 1/4″ drill doesn’t want a 1/4″ drill, they want a 1/4″ hole. Tell them how to make the hole and sell your drill in the process.
